During the Gulf War conflict, two artists/photographers, Barbara Alper in New York and James Radke in California, independently unaware of each other, sat in front of the TV and created an artistic commentary and chronological documentation on the media and the war itself. The selections presented represent but a portion of each photographers depiction of this transcendental visual public event for the viewer's personal reflection and artistic interpretation.
